Our hut was a long way from the car park and took us 45 mins loading the car up. A trolley would be beneficial. Hut was in peaceful surroundings and very warm and comfortable. Internet was hit and miss. Nice walks for our dog in adjoining fields. A lovely relaxing stay.

We had such a lovely stay at this shepherd's hut which was so very warm and welcoming and in a perfect location on the farm, but away from it all in the peace and quiet. Our host had been exceptionally kind by warming up the hut with the help of the woodburning stove and I was so very grateful because it was a cold winter's day and we had had a longRead more and tiring journey. The bed was very comfortable and although the hut was small, it had all the amenities you could wish for and was good value too. Hide

The hut was lovely, but not easily accessible if someone has mobility issues. We were lucky to have good weather and were able to sit outside, which increased the space considerably. Cooking equipment is adequate but basic. We were visited daily by the farm dogs, which we found lovely. We have already talked about booking again for another break ThRead moreank you Hide
