• Two ring electric hob, Air fryer, fridge with an ice compartment and microwave
• High chair and travel cot available on request
• Wood burner (first basket of logs provided - extra wood can be purchased from the honesty shop on site)

• Breakfast hamper can be ordered (pay direct to the owner)

• Private off-road parking for 2 cars directly outside the tent
• Dogs must be on a lead at all times due to freely roaming poultry
• Dogs are not allowed on the bedding or the furniture
• Beach 7.5 miles, shop 2 miles and pub 2 miles

• Departure: before 10:00, unless otherwise stated in your arrival details
• 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
• There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
